Fees

Fees vary based on the service being provided. Dr. Nichols-Jones is an out-of-network provider with all insurance carriers at this time. Many insurance carriers provide out-of-network benefits that may reimburse for partial costs of services. Dr. Nichols-Jones can provide receipts for services provided and associated billing codes. Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, checks, and major credit or debit cards are accepted.

Scheduling

Dr. Nichols-Jones is generally in the office Monday through Thursday between 9:30am and 5:30pm. Testing appointments are scheduled at the time of the initial intake interview, and are generally during the day. Please contact Dr. Nichols-Jones for her current availability. When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, 24 hours notice is required so that Dr. Nichols-Jones may schedule another appointment in that time slot. The full fee will be charged for missed appointments or late cancellations.

Emergency Services

Dr. Nichols-Jones does not provide emergency services. If you have a crisis or emergency situation, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Please feel free to contact Dr. Nichols-Jones to set up a consultation appointment to discuss your child’s needs or difficulties and to determine which services may be most helpful to your family. A consultation appointment is also the time for you to ask Dr. Nichols-Jones any questions you may have so that you are able to make informed decisions about your child’s mental health needs.
